A member of the Paris Bar since 2000, Charles advises growth companies and their shareholders, particularly in structuring, capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as related disputes. In this capacity, he has developed expertise in the healthcare and advanced technology sectors.
Charles is an accredited mediator with the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) and the Paris and Caen Courts of Appeal. He also serves on CMAP/ESCP juries for the certification of future mediators.
Charles began his career in the investment funds department at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg, before joining Derriennic Associés, a leading firm in new technologies. He subsequently founded Winnov before joining Cheysson Marchadier as a partner.
He has for several years been a member of the jury for the Innovation & Galien pitch competition and a member of Réseau Entreprendre Paris.
